Laboratory activities

Preliminary mandatory actions!

Each student, at least one week before the lab activity starts, MUST

a- fill in digitally, print and sign the form 2018 MODULE 1 - Access Materials Engineering Section.pdf (using the file 2018 MODULE 1 - Access Materials Engineering Section.vms.pdf as a reference); before signing the form it is required to have read and understood the behavioural code ruling the access to the Research facilities as outlined in Form A and of the norms regarding accident prevention in the chemistry laboratories, as outlined in Form B which can be downloaded from the Unitn webpage http://www.dii.unitn.it/en/103/access-to-the-research-facilities-of-the-department-laboratories and have obtained the Course health and safety in the workplace; the course is available on the website Didattica online https://www.dii.unitn.it/en/828/course-health-and-safety-in-the-workplace; copy of the certificate must be attached to the signed form
b- fill in digitally, print and sign the form Nuova scheda individuazione rischi_21.02.17.xlsx (using the files Nuova scheda individuazione rischi.vms.xlsx, att1.vms.pdf, att2.vms.pdf, att3.vms.pdf as references)

The first person of each group is also in charge of:
collecting the forms (see above) filled in online, printed and signed by each component of the group
bring to Prof. Sglavo the forms and the documents at least one week before the lab activity starts
contact the tutors for the organization of the kick-off meeting and of the activity
collecting the samples prepared for successive courses (Materials characterization) activities

If the documents reported above are missing the lab activity can NOT start!
