Laboratory activities


Preliminary mandatory actions!

Each student, at least one week before the lab activity starts, MUST download and read carefully the norms (Annex A and Annex B or, in Italian, Mod. A and Mod. B) reported at the following address:
http://www.unitn.it/dii/29014/regole-di-accesso-alle-strutture-di-ricerca-del-dipartimento-laboratori.
In addition, each student MUST fill in online the form (at the address http://web.unitn.it/files/modello_scheda_individuazione_rischi_ie_5-02-2013_0.pdf ), print it and give to the first person of the corresponding group. Please, follow the fac simile safety form.pdf for filling the form in.

The first person of each group is also in charge of:
- downloading the following form: Students list CerMatEng 2017.xlsx
filling the form in, print it and make it signing by the other components of the group
downloading the following documents: Modulo richiesta accesso laboratori P0.CerMatEng2017.pdf, Modulo richiesta accesso laboratori.CerMatEng2017.pdf 
print the documents
collect the forms (see above) filled in online, printed and signed by each component of the group
bring to Prof. Sglavo the forms and the documents at least one week before the lab activity starts
contact the reference tutor for the organization of the kick-off meeting and of the activity


If the documents reported above are missing the lab activity can NOT start!
